For the last 25 years Adrian has been a successful creator, producer and director of popular television programming with an initiation of producing and directing music clips, TVC’s and documentaries in Europe and the US.

As a young Director/Producer in London, Adrian worked for one of the leading Facility Houses Molinaire Sudios and then progressed to being Director and Co Owner of Partners Productions and Director of Spitfire Studios.

Brant moved to Australia in 1991 and directed the award-winning documentary Top Cover for the ABC - a behind the scenes drama about elite Naval helicopter pilots shot on location during the Gulf War, the one-hour Seven Network documentary Will Sydney Burn Again? Detailing the 1994 bush fires, and True Blue a chilling documentary shot on location during the first days of the Rwanda war. Adrian then directed the thirteen part series on Australian inventors Great Ideas for the ABC before creating, producing and directing Sydney Weekender for Network Seven.

In 1994 Adrian conceived the idea of a TV show based on daring people to do things they never thought they could do, or should do. Produced by his production company Mason Brant Entertainment the show turned into a winner. One hundred and eight episodes later Who Dares Wins is one of Australia's most popular home-grown entertainment series, with international sales in over 40 countries.

Adrian sold Mason Brant Entertainment in 1999 and joined Screentime as Director of Program Development and developed, produced and directed the format phenomenon Popstars. The Popstars format has been licensed to over 40 countries.  He was also EP of dating show Love Rules for Network Ten.

In 2001 Brant Executive Produced the UK format Moment of Truth for Ten and the BBC hidden camera format CCTV through his own independent production company LOCO Entertainment.  Adrian was then approached by Becker Entertainment to be Senior Executive Producer and was responsible for Rose Unscripted for the Nine Network and the kid’s game show Download, also for the Nine Network.

At the end of 2003 Adrian returned to being an independent producer and Produced for the Nine Network reality series Bark Off and reality golf series The Cut for the Seven Network.  During 2004 Brant was asked by Touchdown and TVNZ in New Zealand to Executive Produce and direct the comedy series Mark and Matthew’s Olympic Adventure which was shot all over Europe in the lead up to the Olympic games in Athens and Executive Produce City Celebrity, Country Nobody a 10 x one hour reality series also for TVNZ.  At the end of 2004 and into 2005 Adrian Exec Produced Stooged a new entertainment series for Fremantle and Network Ten followed by a Destiny’s Child concert for Top of The Pop’s and CDUK in Britain.

In 2005 Adrian was requested by Grundy’s and South Pacific Pictures to fly over to NZ to re-establish and Executive Produce NZ Idol 2 for TVNZ.  The series was a ratings success for TV2 and Adrian was subsequently commissioned in 2006 to return to NZ and Executive Produce NZ Idol 3 with a brief to up date the format and create new hype to re launch the format. 

Returning to Australian in June 2006 Adrian was immediately asked to join The Nine Network as Executive Producer responsible for creating, developing and piloting new shows The Big Question, Under The Hammer, Phobia and Executive Producer of The Money Show, 50 to 1 and The Tropfest Film Festival.

In August 2007 Adrian returned to independent production and formed a new production company – Time Machine Films, with Mark Morrissey; Mark is principal of Australia’s leading talent agency MMA.
