BIO

Andrew Günsberg is one of Australia's most recognised and dynamic media personalities. For six seasons he was the co-host of Australia's #1 non-news program, "Australian Idol" and hosted the seventh season solo before the show wrapped in 2009. He is also celebrating his 16th year in Australian radio, with his weekly syndicated show "The Hot Hits Live from L.A." celebrating great ratings wins in all major Australian markets.

Now, his career is set to soar to a whole new level, after being hand-picked by Paula Abdul as the host of CBS' primetime show "Live to Dance USA".

Though he made a name for himself conducting face-to-face long form celebrity interviews, Andrew predominately works in live situations, and he has hosted thousands of hours of live, national television.  Andrew has had experience ranging from hosting national studio-based call in TV shows, to live outside broadcasts off the back of a truck in the middle of the Australian Desert, to the biggest annual television event in his country, the Australian Idol Grand Final.
